The Chairman of Board shall form an executive committee for the Fund, composed from the Deputy Chairman as a chairman in addition to four members of the Board of Directors. The responsibilities of The Executive Committee can be summarized as below:

Monitor the execution of the Fund’s policy and the resolution issued by Board of Directors

Supervise the execution of the loans and grants agreements as well as the investment of the liquidity of the Fund

Develop a policy for tenders and procurements related to the Fund and Abu Dhabi Government’s projects

Study and monitor reports of the external account controller for the annual budget and final account.
