His Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the UAE's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs since 2004 following the consolidation of His Highness the UAE President's office and The President's Court.

 

His Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan chairs the board of the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development which provides grants and concessionary loans to developing countries. He was appointed President of the Justice Department in Abu Dhabi in 2006 and President of the National Center of Documentation and Research in 2000.

 

His Highness Sheikh Mansour was appointed President of His Highness Sheikh Zayed's office in 1997, and stayed in this position until Sheikh Zayed's death in 2004. He served as board member in the Petroleum Higher Council and member of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. He also served as board member of Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority and Emirates Foundation. He was appointed Vice President of the Abu Dhabi Education Council in 2005.

 

Sheikh Mansour presided over the ministerial services council in 2006, which is a governmental committee including a number of ministers responsible of services' sector. In 2007, Sheikh Mansour was appointed President of Khalifa Bin Zayed Foundation for Charity. He has also presided over the UAE Investment Authority, a Federal institution responsible of investing funds on behalf of the UAE government.

 

His Highness served as a Vice President of the Financial and Economic Committee and chaired the board of the International Petroleum Investment Company.

 

His Highness Sheikh Mansour is a graduate in International Relations from the US.
