His Excellency Mohammed Sultan Al Hamli

Executive Director – Department of Finance

His Excellency Mohammed Sultan Al Hamli, the Executive Director of the Department of Finance in Abu Dhabi, manages the strategic planning and supervises the daily operations of the department.

He has over 15 years of experience having worked in several senior positions including as Assistant Director of European Assets in the Abu Dhabi Investment Council where he began his career as an analyst for investment in 1995.

H.E Al Hamli is also the Vice Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and a member of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, the Abu Dhabi Airports Company, and the Abu Dhabi Company for Public Services.

A UAE national, he is graduate in Finance from Boston University in the United States. He has successfully completed the Director-General program at Harvard University and holds a certificate for the Accredited Financial Analyst.
