The Board of Directors is the body authorized to administer the activities of the Fund and develop its policy, the board consist of nine members including the chairman and deputy chairman as well as seven other members.
The responsibilities of Board of Director can be summarized as below:

Decide on applications submitted to the Fund for loans, grants or contributions and identify conditions for their implementation

Determine the ways of investing assets of the Fund

Approve the budget of the Fund and endorse the annual budget and final accounts according to condition and rules stipulated in the bylaws and financial regulations

Appoint account controllers for the Fund
