The project aims at supporting country economy through the enhancement of Water Sector, by providing Edleb Governorate, which area reaches 6000 cubic kilometers and have a million inhabitants, approximately, with drinkable water from Al-Zarqaa Spring loca The project includes establishing a plant for main pumping lines, liquefaction lines, treasurers, pumps, and necessary electrical generators for delivering about 1.6 cubic meters per second to Salqin, Edleb cities and their neighboring villages
