Project Name

Children’s Hospital In Al Hussein Medical City

As part of its mandate to support the healthcare sector in Jordan, ADFD helped establish a children’s hospital in King Hussein Medical Center. Children constitute about 60% of the country’s population, and healthcare is one of the key sectors that support the Jordanian government’s budget. The 200-bed hospital was established on a 500 square meter plot of land, and contains an emergency unit in addition to other paediatric specializations, such as heart surgery, ENT, dental care, rehabilitation, natural therapy, cerebral palsy treatment, restoration surgery, burn treatment, and congenital malformation treatment.
