Hybrid Power Plant in Brava Island
ADFD allocated AED30 million (US$8 million) towards the development of a hybrid power plant (solar and wind) in Cape Verde Islands with the capacity to produce 2 megawatts of renewable energy, as well as 500,000 liters of drinking water per day. Furthermore, the project will create many new job opportunities through the construction, operations and maintenance activities.
