The project is aiming at supporting the economy of the country through helping the international transportation and Communications as well as helping the government in implementing the Lesotho through financing all studies relating to thereof. The financing of all engineering studies in details as well as preparing the plans and drawings, and evaluating the quantities and specifications in details, and qualifying contractors, tender's documents and other researches.
