Ports play a vital role in boosting the process of development in Morocco through facilitating imports and exports for different sectors. Funded by a UAE grant, the development project for the Port of Mohammedia complements the Moroccan government’s efforts to advance the country’s infrastructure. The project included financing and developing a petrol station and a dock for ships.
