The project aims at rehabilitation of areas influenced by the earthquake of 17/8/1999 in Scaria district which is constructed and provided by main roads. This is done within the aids presented from gulf Cooperation Council Countries for Turkey. The project is consisted of building networks and a plant for sewerage treatment in Hendek city, building a sewerage network for Akazi city, providing Kolkent, Sankolo, Ferzli, and Sokoto with water, treatment plant and drinkable distribution networks.
