Achieve sustainable economic growth and reduce poverty
Abu Dhabi Fund for Development financed the 61km Rubengera- Muhanga road project to facilitate traffic movement between the two cities, increase connectivity between Rwanda and neighbouring states, and ease people’s access to social, health and educational services in the country. Additionally, the project will support sectors such as agriculture, tourism and industry. The transport and communications sector is considered a key contributor to economy and sustainable development.
