Sheikh Zayed Road
The project aims to expand and rehabilitate the Sheikh Zayed Road, one of the main roads in the country. The road capacity will be increased to more than 50,000 vehicles per day, in addition to easing traffic congestion at its intersections. The project includes increasing the number of lanes to three in each direction, in addition to replacing roundabouts with traffic signals for a smoother flow.
