Overview
The concessionary loan for the development of water networks in the Santa Fe province in Argentina will create a provision for clean drinking water that will benefit more than 300,000 people in 19 residential areas.
The project involves the expansion of an existing water treatment plant in Desvío Arijón, which is fed by Coronda River; installation of a 111km water pipeline with diametres ranging from 350mm to 1,200mm; and provision of equipment and tools needed for the project operation, control and maintenance.
The funding covers the construction of four pumping stations in different cities and eight reservoirs, one in each region. It also includes the automation of a remote management system, the supply and installation of necessary equipment for the operation, control and maintenance, along with civil and electromechanical works.
