Overview

The Moroccan government gives the industrial sector top priority due to its significant contribution to national GDP. ADFD has provided funding to establish two factories for spinning fine cotton in order to help the government achieve its development goals and advance the country’s economy. Both factories have an annual production capacity of 5,200 tons, and they use locally-produced cotton. The project involved the provision and installation of production equipment, including upper winches, electricity services, air conditioning, and industrial security. It also set up a maintenance workshop, spare parts store, and other civil construction facilities.
